Evanescence biggest hit was actually with a guest vocalist ..not in the band

For many years, people thought Paul McCoy was in @Evanescence .. but he was a guest vocalist brought in by the label to make the single sound more radio friendly in 2003. Originally the label pitched to have Jacoby Shaddix of @paparoach do the guest vocals. It didn’t work out and @12stonesvideo Paul McCoy took the ball. The song won a Grammy, topped billboard charts and has become an anthem.
