In 2005, Roadrunner Records brought together some of the biggest names in metal to celebrate the label’s 25th anniversary. The result was Roadrunner United — a massive collaboration featuring members of Slipknot, Killswitch Engage, Machine Head, Trivium, Sepultura, Fear Factory and more.
Each “team captain” wrote songs and recruited musicians from across the metal world. The result became one of the most unique collaboration albums ever made.
